We ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Denovo does not ship orders to post office boxes.
Please allow 3 business days for order processing, and 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. For Bespoke items, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
Return Policy
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in original saleable condition within 15 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Returns may be returned to our retail store. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Unfortunately, Bespoke items cannot be returned to Denovo.
WILL MY DENOVODIAMONDS.COM PURCHASE ARRIVE GIFT-WRAPPED?
All DenovoDiamonds.com purchases arrive in the signature Denovo box, along with a diamond polishing cloth and Denovo pouch. At the checkout process you will have the option of writing a gift message for each item in your order which will arrive with your gift package, enclosed in a white envelope. If you choose not to write a gift message, one blank card per recipient will be included in your order.
CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONALIZED GIFT MESSAGE WITH MY PURCHASE?
Yes, you will be given the opportunity to create a personalized message at checkout. The message, enclosed in a white envelope, will arrive with your gift package. The package will not have any other additional form identifying you as the giver. For this reason, we encourage you to at least enter your name on the gift message.
